What is the minimum layer height available for printing?
On most of our machines, we can provide a layer height as low as .1 mm. Note that the lower layer height results in longer print times.
What is the average lead time once an order is confirmed?
When an order is placed, our engineers will provide an estimated lead time associated with the order. Most of our orders are produced and shipped within 5 business days. Depending on backlog, larger orders with multiple parts could take longer.
Do you offer any other types of printing outside of FDM?
Currently, all of our printers are FDM. We plan on offering Stereolithography Liquid Resin (SLA) and Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) in the future.
Can you perform FEA and specific stress analysis on requested parts?
Absolutely. Our engineers will be able to work with you to determine you needs for the analysis and will generate a physical printed report which will be shipped along with your printed part. However, this is an additional service outside the normal 3D fabrication.
